4. Shipping and Delivery

- Damage during Transit: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage must be reported to us immediately, preferably with photographic evidence.

Due to the unique and handmade nature of our furniture, all sales are considered final. We strive for your complete satisfaction. In exceptional circumstances, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to discuss potential options. Any approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee and shipping costs will be your responsibility.
